Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned within 14 days of being delivered to your address, unused, and in the same condition that you received it.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please also send an email to info Threetoedcarrysolutions@gmail.com. In your email, please include your name, order number, the item(s) being returned, and the tracking information for the return package.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges cannot be refunded once the order has shipped, as the service has already been rendered.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at Threetoedcarrysolutions@gmail.com and send your item to:

Shipping
All orders ship USPS Priority Mail unless otherwise specified.
All items are hand made and will ship within 2-4 weeks. shipping times will be updated on main page please refer to the homepage for idea on crafting and shipping times.
Orders that qualify for free shipping will ship via USPS First Class Mail.
PLEASE NOTE: Our products are not currently available to persons outside the United States.
