By placing an order from Threetoedcarrysolutions, you certify that:

  • You are at least 18 years old
  • You are a permanent resident or US citizen, nor have you renounced your citizenship.
  • You have never been convicted of a felony.
  • You have never been convicted of a crime punishable by more than one year in prison.
  • You have never been convicted of a domestic violence crime misdemeanor.
  • You have never been committed to a mental institution or adjudicated as mentally defective.
  • You are not currently under a court order restraining you from stalking, threatening, or harassing a child or an intimate partner.
  • You authorize Threetoedcarrysolutions to send emails to the contact information you provide.

USE OF PRODUCT

You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Site or Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction. By using any products purchased from Threetoedcarrysolution, you accept all risks associated with carrying a weapon or accessory and using a holster or any other firearm related products. All Threetoedcarrysolutions products are hand made and their for have variations to the product. We have, to the best of our ability, identified which holsters offer the proper fit for specific Firearms and accessories. However, continual changes will occur due to the number of handgun makes and models available on the market. Threetoedcarrysolutions will not be responsible for any typographical or other human errors that can and do occur. It is the user's responsibility to personally check for holster Firearm compatibility. It is also the user's responsibility to regularly check the holster and its hardware (including, but not limited to, snaps and tension screws, rubber gromets) for proper fit and function. Slight manufacturing changes in a Firearm model can affect the proper and safe fit of your handgun and holster. Threetoedcarrysolutions will not be responsible for such changes or for typos or other human errors, which can and do occur despite diligent efforts. If any Threetoedcarrysolutions product become worn, loose, broken, defective or ill-fitting, or if in your opinion is unsafe, cease use immediately. Any damage or injury caused to you or others as a result of your use of the product, including but not limited to damage to property, or injury and/or death to people, is your responsibility.

You agree that you will only access, visit, or use our Website "Threetoedcarrysolutions.com" or its associated pages for lawful purposes and in compliance with all local, state, and federal laws applicable to you and to Threetoedcarrysolutions.

Threetoedcarrysolutions reserves the right to cancel your order at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to unavailability of item(s) or errors in the product or your order. Threetoedcarrysolutions also reserves the right to cancel your order if an illegal or unauthorized transaction is suspected.

GOODS NOT FOR RESALE OR EXPORT

You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the various states and of the United States including all Export Regulations, as defined below. Unless you have received authorization from Threetoedcarrysolutions to be a Vendor, you represent and warrant that you are buying products from the Website for your own personal or household use only, and not for resale or export.

If an authorized Threetoedcarrysolutions Vendor elects to export any product from Threetoedcarrysolutions in the course of their business, it is the Vendor's sole responsibility to ensure compliance with all relevant export laws and regulations. Threetoedcarrysolutions disclaims any involvement in or responsibility for the exportation of our products by Vendors.
